A deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking; reservations are confirmed upon receipt of the deposit. The balance is payable 6 weeks before the start date of the holiday. If the booking is made within eight weeks of the start date the full price is payable with the booking.

If you have to cancel, please advise us as early as possible. We will do all we can to re-let so that your money can be refunded. If we have had less than 2 weeks notice of the camcellation and we are unable to relet, the money paid will be forfeited. If we have more than 30 days notice we will refund the full rental price.

We accept short break bookings of 4 nights or more according to season. Price per night from £70   Please contact us for further details.

Check-in time is 4.00 pm, check-out 10.00 unless we have agreed special arrangements.
